Yeah there's definitely a degree of irrational exuberance in the market, where the market is prepared to overlook fundamentals. I reckon if MSG released some pumpable press release it would go through the roof, due to its low market cap @ ~$5m and even lower free float @ ~$3m (Cap H and Simmons own maybe a third or so of the company between them). I'm not investing on that basis, but I'll admit that I'll happily take it if it happens.
