Both announcements clearly state:
"patents and designs for various models (TS, TC, CUX, TC-MAX, VS1, CPX, TSHunter and TC Wanderer) that Vmoto currently markets and distributes into international marketsunder license."
They ARE the same, exactly the same, in both announcements.
If we had already paid and acquired these at an earlier date, they would not be mentioned again in the most recent announcement.
We can not buy the same thing twice.
Hence, it is very likely that the more recent agreement between the parties replaces the pre exististing.
That certainly what it implies.
