The way i read the announcement is that Soco will transfer all the REMAINING patents and designs and that VMOTO pay A LUMPSUM to Soco. It doesn't state that VMT are paying $6.5m to buy patents and designs and trade marks. Besides the $2.9m (or whatever the amount was) has been already paid. We will find out soon enough.
