Soco weren't litigating against VMT.
VMT's claims against Soco were settled in Association with the court agreeing to sell and VMT agreeing to buy all of Super Soco's Intellectual property that they didn't already own plus their molds and their half interest in Vmoto Soco. The net result would it seems be VMT getting more than they were asking for and needing to make a net payment.
N.B.
........Vmoto Limited ............has reached settlement ....... in relation to a number of legal actions Vmoto has been forced to take to protect its rights and to ensure Soco Shanghai meets its obligations.
