This gold price movement is getting me incredibly excited! I have been investing in both physical gold and gold stocks for many years and accumulating at lows. Although physical gold has obviously consistently done well, the majority of Gold stocks have failed to take off yet but that event is not far away now, I have always said $2500-3000usd levels will make it hard for retail and institutions to ignore! You just have to look at the main ASX players like NST, EVN, DEG etc. Record gold prices yet they are struggling to break out. Any other metal with those sorts of commodity price movements and the stocks would be 10x plus their value. Because it’s gold and the government and institutional manipulation that goes on in relation to economics and geopolitical interests, it’s held back. However that global main event to enable a substantial re rate for gold stocks is getting closer by the day. Very happy DRE is focusing heavily on the gold side of the business now for when this takes place.
