re: Ann: Seven Network and WesTrac - Scheme I... Had a quick look at it .... looks like it will be value accretive for SEV shareholders (esp. for K.S.)

On balance, I see it as a positive but the whole thing is pretty complex.

It will be interesting to see what the professional analysts make of it.

Will SEV shares trade before the deal is finalised or are they in a trading halt until it is done and dusted?
