Yes they have under delivered, they are having trouble with ramping up and production. Lack of access to dozers and shipping. A bit like most mines coming into production. The advantage is the product will not go off and if anything a slow ramp up will hopefully lead to more urgency getting end product shipped. Downside may come if they struggle to cover costs in the short term and debt payments when they come due. At the moment I cannot see much change in NPV.
