That price was a stab in the dark .
I went to the Andy Well mine , that has around a 350k TPA plant , and was an investor in the company that owned it Doray metals . A ball mill fed the ore to some gravity concentrators on top of about 8 tanks guessing each tank was about 10 meters tall and around 5 meters wide and there were some transfer/sparging pumps and a gold room next to the tanks for pouring the dore .

I work with steel so I can sort of get ball park figures for costs of plate and sheet and RHS , but maybe I am way out ?
There is probably a DFS you could google for Doray or another goldie to find actual costings.
