It looks like the farmin needed to get a few things cleaned up before going public. I would have thought the farmin would have their due diligence done before the LOI.
1) Government approval clears a major condition precedent set out in farmin
Letter of Intent (LOI); and
2) Farminee continuing with internal Due Diligence before proceeding to final
Board approval.
