    re: Ann: SEYMOUR WHYTE ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC AC... Guidance suggests full year EPS around 11 cents per share. At 50% payout ratio that indicates a full year dividend around 6 cents. First half divvy likely to be less than half that - so I wouldn't expect a 'ramp up' in dividends with the interim result next week.

    The outlook for FY15 is bright though, and the dividend yield from SWL is still very good.
