You're in the pointy end of commercial finance and those sorts of rates are going to break a lot of businesses after they became accustomed to cheap debt. This is close to 15% on $100mil with a riser, no doubt the result of Goldman Sachs influencing Sezzle to terminate its facility early. Scary stuff.
