    its definitely pay date i.e. u pay at 4pm(1 hour before close 5pm) on 4th it still valid because its pay date.

    Note NSW banking holiday on monday 3rd, and SZL closes on 4th so you might as well pay on the 4th anyway, 3rd pay will simply be a waste of time as its a nsw holiday and szl's bank is nsw.
