Computershare. You need to complete the form mentioned earlier , but you first need to make sure that your holdings are already Issuer sponsored, not CHESS. To convert from CHESS to Issuer just make a request to your broker and the info gets updated automatically with Computershare quickly. I've done all this, my CDIs have disappeared from my Computershare account, lol, and I'm just waiting to see if the Common Shares appear there.
