Yes low volume - there was no supply. You can see the depth below. Had Nasdaq opened it again that day the next order was going to match at a price of ~$500 on an order of $5k which is why they stepped in with the T12. Nasdaq don't want that happening and it would be no good for the company either if they want to be taken seriously.
