Hard as it is, I can't see much alternative to doing that, otherwise they could have a situation whereby both markets are at the mercy of significant daily volume to keep afloat, at the same time having traders trying to perform arbitrage acrobatics between them. The trouble would be in trying to effectively move the whole register holus bolus - they may lose some skin along the way
