US love their rules. You would assume that the company was told of listing requirements before hand, so I would have thought they would have met those. Hard to know whether they have been slack or not. There are all sorts of rules regarding number of holders, market value of unrestricted publicly held shares, that kind of thing. I haven't looked at associated holdings, but if management have a few possible that's the problem. Looks a bit like there has to be something like US$110m of unrestricted publicly held shares. The volume that went through last night was tiny. Difficult to use that as much of an indicator IMO. ASX already traded 10x more.
