Currently SEZL is 6 times more than SEZ. All CDI SEZ shareholders are very happy to convert their CDI to SEZL common stocks.
Charlie needs to work out how to convert all CDI to SEZ common stocks. Then it is the best idea to arrange an Australian broker to sell converted CDI common stocks on Nasdaq. This would resolve the liquidity problem.
The SEZ announcement on18/8/23 says that at the option of shareholders SEZ CDI can be converted to SEZ common stocks based on 1:1 basis.
Any comments on this?
