Yeah it's a damn shame, the books are absolutely fried. I first jumped in given they had 20 mil + cash and the MC was cheap by the assets and the potential for PSD to turn around, but now this is looking more dire by the day and without the PSD looking like a positive outcome, I doubt there's much hope on that front. Will probably just ride out the small stake I have left given where the MC is now.
I also can't see why someone private with a gigantic stake doesn't just buy out whatever remains, likely be some value in all the infrastructure and setup versus where the share price is currently sitting.
