2) future need to raise more capital to complete phase 1a
3) possibility that the current CR will introduce a lot of traders to the share register (i.e. they will want to start selling as soon as they are granted their new shares and will push the SP down).
So a lot of things would need to go well for SFG and even if that were the case; phase 1a is at least 2 years away before it starts to contribute to revenue so from my perspective, absolutely buckets of time.
