Yeah, pure luck, could drop though. I snapped up another parcel @ 5.4c yesterday.
I am hoping the 5.5c offer price will hold as I think the selling pressure was due to investors making a " quick stag profit " to buy in again at the cap raise price.
Time will tell, but I like the expansion plans for SFG and think it will deliver over the longer term, which is my investing time frame!
