Its a bit like when you go to build a house... The budget pack is $400k and you go to the bank and get funded on that (I know that hasn't happened yet, but seems to be progressing). but you realise once you started building that you now want the pool and an extra bedroom, and you hit some rock in the excavation... You probably didn't realise that the price dint include the driveway too (poor DD / scoping but seems to now be re assessed now they are on the ground, and live on site).... Question is will the bank fund you, or do you have to self fund...
