Cost blow-outs, it looks like they need about another $120 million for the first stage, and if the other stages occur the same problems then it's problematic the project will ever get completed, but if it does, there is not likely to be any profits in it anyway, or very limited profits. The share price has halved in the last 3 years, and the Japanese did not participate in the last capital raise.
There are no profits to be had here - move on.
