They should sue their former auditors for letting them only provide for only $8.7 million in the accounts, rather than the full $13.9 million. Even the casual observer of the law should know that if it’s in the contract it’s enforceable. Unless Canstruct gave them written advice (if it’s not in writing it didn’t happen -Tricky should know this one) they didn’t seek to enforce the contract.
Canstruct are probably pssed at kissing the $3 million they invested good bye so are playing hardball.
