Have to admit that I'm more confident that they will get funding having signed an MOU but that is tempered by the fact/s that they have been about to get funding now for years along with them being almost out of cash it is becoming critical. If they don't get funding then I think it could be game over and if they do I want to see what the arrangement is before committing any of my capital. All IMO and DYOR
