it is just a bit of warm fuzzy feeling stuff for both parties. In this case it is a reason to announce something. This worries me a bit.
Also the mou with the Dutch is not binding.
it's time for some real commitments. they have 4 weeks left. I m disappointed that they need a other layer in the form of this company to build this. They ve had 3 years to prepare. Many of the subcontractors are choosen if I m correct so also they have done their thinking. It's a prawn farm. Not rocket science.
