Be interesting to see what the % of success of funding is following a MOU is and how long before funding occurs obviously there is a correlation between a MOU and funding.
It would be good to quantify the actual success rate based on historical ASX announcements , I remember there was a case with FMG where Twiggy stated he had a MOU for an agreement before starting construction , but the validity of it was questioned and it resulted in him being hauled over the coals by a Australian statutory reporting authority . He still did get the construction done obviously given that he was exporting iron ore within a year of construction beginning
Anecdotally I suspect most MOUs result in funding and construction eventually however be good to see that quantified .
I hope SFG gets funded as it would be good for the NT and northern WA and for other actors .
