Excellent stuff, I wonder if this is the main cost for Stage 1 a)
My understanding is they are also building all the infrastructure for Stages 2 & 3 hence why Stage 1 a) $300m is the most costly.
Also one would think they would be targetting funding announcement prior to 16th Feb so not long to wait now!
