In the half yearly presentation they mentioned "Advanced negotiations concerning another Project Sea Dragon offtake agreement(s) expected to be finalised shortly". I assume they wouldnt have a major announcement during the capital raising. They may be kicking the can down the road until they have something in the bag. Either that or they are still waiting for me to take up my allocation.
