I can see this as required advice that talks are in progress, I don't believefurthes info is required at this stage. It may even shake out other bidders. Like most talks things are in confidence until details are released to holders then we can study and vote on the bid.
But with the directors holding about half of the stock we could assume they would be trying to maximise their return. I think i would like to covert my holding into SFG if that hasn't jumped due to finance being announced.
