Well Stash it looks like they had cashflow/underlying earnings of about $900 K last financial year, were kindly forgiven $8 Mill debt by SFG (which is clearly an accounting trick) to give profit $9 mill, but had to pay $500 K in tax. At the end of the day it is a profitable business, hard to asses growth based on the tricky figures but seems to have done better this year than previous. 1.4 billion shares on issue, so one would assume base price is 5x earnings to flog it off should be at least $5 million, which is about 0.35 cents per share. We shall see......
