I've been attempting to read between the lines of the announcement.
Assessment: a vague obfuscation has been presented. No one's going to ever be told how much they're earning, and who's getting what share of the profits.
The purported 'negotiations' probably don't exist, and we will hear nothing more on this subject, until management are again pressed for information. And, then (if they even bother to), they'll simply only have to rinse and repeat what's attached
