You probability did not hold this stock long enough. Even it going to issue shares, the company will put all the good news and market expectation in announcement which at least lead to the share price above 10c. The company need further funding is exactly what I want. One suggestion for you is buyback the share you sold regardless the difference otherwise you will regret shortly. Because from the technical analysis some is 'manage' the price currently.
