The important thing is that management is doing as they say they would. The Japanese would not have gotten involved if there was doubt in their mind that the company would not be able to pull off their well advanced process to get to the start of the build. Building the physical project is not a problem. If the Japanese were convinced that financials and licences, ownerships, government support etc would be achieved, we should be.
So now after the loose ends are tydied up over the next month,..... start construction. (Digging)
My earlier asked question is about feed import from Asia. Not safe.
Surely also here the Japanese will help.
