Then it'd be up to the allegedly defamed to prove their case.
Could be tricky. Action in that direction might elicit unwanted scrutiny.
I'll suggest SFG are now back to sitting on their hands. Imo there will be no physical action at PSD site, and negligible comment from them for the rest of the calendar year.
