My Summary:
- Legune option period has now been once again extended to 1 October 2018.
- SFG has completed it's obligations to faciltate the transfer of Legune station to AAMIG
The ball is now in AAMIG's court to tidy up/finalise
- Financing (2 July announcement gives AAMIG to "30 September 2018 to secure the necessary funds for the purchase."
- Transfer of Pastoral Lease
- acquiring relevant reg approvals
- Signing the transaction documentation
