ha ha you cannot even get australians off jobseeker to pick fruit or any other manual labour at the moment.
I'd love to see how you get them up to NT in a tent. They should assess everyone for fitness to work and if you are able bodied and mentally fit get them out working on jobs even if it's spraying weeds before long you would find they find other gainful employment that is easier.
