October seems to be the month to noticed. It has been mention from one of the posters, who has a mate working in one of the project .
And also from one of the West Australian Article title Seafarm boss says the project still on track. It has been mention somewhere.
last time I check the ICN and almost all the project has closed listing except for one. So they might already know whom to offer the projects.
