So you went to all that effort for a couple of thousand dollars (maybe that's generous?) but sorting out hundreds of millions of dollars of finance on a greenfield project can be sorted out by an email and a Skype phonecall without a lawyer being present?
Your actions would suggest that even you don't believe your earlier post. Tough going when you can't even agree with yourself.
