Hi Kancha, I agree with your view re a significant benefit to the overall economy if PSD goes ahead, for many reasons. And in fact when I heard the NT Chief Minister speak re a rescue package of $65 million for the general economy of NT I was wondering if he might provide additional funds for PSD.

Wrt calling Harley, whilst I know what you're asking, actually anything regards funding tends to be an impossible subject to breach, for the obvious reason of confidentiality and inside information. Harley certainly provides as much information as he can without breaching confidentiality from my own experience.
