That's for sure, From my understanding, For NT Gov PSD is a big fish but they don't have the surplus budget and not doing so good budget wise. For FED GOV (NAIF) ADANI was a big fish that's why the funding was passed quickly and easily until QLD gov intervene.

Anyway the point or my view is IF PSD is ever going to get any funding from NAIF or GOV, this is the time as any level gov local or federal they are looking ways to save jobs or create. I am not sure how they are communicating with Gov or they have anyone lobbying for them or not, this is the best chance for them. and I really hope they are really focused on this and see the opportunity.
