In any case the diesel costs and logistics from prawn trawlers would be much higher than land based PSD with it's direct road access to darwin etc so, actually, the costs pressures identified in the report don't actually apply to seafarms but it does make there product far more competitive. Not to mention the increasing environmental attraction of farming prawns instead of destroying the seabed and by catch to trawl for wild prawns.
