Still happy to slowly accumulate at 3 cents a share.
Market cap now sitting at $140 million after over $250 million in capital has been raised and partially invested since the start of PSD. Plus an additional $115 million in government funding towards road maintenance and construction.
As with most investments there continues to be, known knowns and known unknowns, but the most important are the unknown unknowns, and I believe that should be a lot clearer in regard to cost by the end of February so I'll continue with 'optimistic caution' for now.
Upside at the present price far outweighs the potential downside in my opinion.
