What the relative "dry" in the Legune patch has meant to me is that if any contractor had earthmoving equipment on site and was motivated enough then the necessary earthmoving on behalf of SFG would and could have continued for the three month duration unabated by lack of inclement monsoon conditions.I wonder if this positive scenario has eventuated.
