No. The market cap is not the cash, the cash has been depleted from the $70m at 31 Dec with expenditure on PSD and (likely, based on past operations) funding of losses at Qld plants
and the infrastructure is also likely worth nothing. It’s not completed, you can’t move it (ponds?) and the NT and northern part of WA is littered with stranded infrastructure that are the ghosts of failed projects
