Of course they are going to appeal it and use company funds to buy them some more time. Why wouldn't they when they face the prospect of being found to have been trading while insolvent. Mr Dyer is delusional to think they were paying all their bills as they fell due. Why go into voluntary administration and come up with that deed of arrangement if they were able to pay all their bills? Incredible!. All IMO and dyor.
