So here is the thing about the VA...the CEO of SFG stated in an announcement that placing PSD in to a VA was indirect response to the unfavourable hearing result. A court is going to see straight through using a VA as a stated direct counter against the ruling given the commonality of Directors and the 100% ownership by SFG.

Again, we wait and watch...

If they have guarantees, then they should put it in liquidation and go after the guarantors, especially if they have money.
