Canstruct would need to have directors guarantees assuming they aren’t ‘men of straw’ , and a guarantee from the holding company SFG (the one with the money) to have any chance. You wouldn’t want to have a gentleman’s agreement with that rascal (as Frank Spencer would say) Trahar.
