SFR stated that one of their requirements would be a positive recommendation by the BOD of MOD .
They also were talking as if they had a script offer in mind .

The 38 cent value for MOD likely just to be an ambit offer .
Just cannot see the BOD recommending that .

I have been puzzled by the relentless selling of MOD considering the NPV that was likely to come out of the DFS and mineralisation that seemed to be in most drill holes .
Seems almost inevitable that they will turn up more economic deposits .
I suppose they will place some of the shares in London .
