I also received the letter from Ran Xu of the LB Group ("www.lomonbillions.com" according to the letterhead). According to the letter "LB Group is the major shareholder of Orient Zirconic, the majority owner of Murray Zircon." The short version is that the letter affirms MZ's position and urges shareholders to vote in favor of the resolution.

My question is this: how has a shareholder of Murray Zircon gained access to the share registry of Image Resources and therefore the names, and postal addresses of IMA shareholders? Is this public information? Surely this is protected by privacy regulation, or some such laws? I don't know but it is possible that LB Group and/or Murray Zircon have acted illegally here.
