I am confounded by this 249 rubbish. IMHO, 1) the director sitting on the fence is primely positioned for some serious questioning. I cant see how he is acting in the best interests of the majority of shareholders; 2) these people jostling to get Board positions so as to benefit a minority shareholder (because that sure is what it looks like) by controlling price and supply surely is cannon fodder for ASIC.
IMA is an incredibly well run company with good depth in management and a plan that continues to deliver. It is and has been undervalued. It sure ain't broke.
